Steppin’ Time is the perfect place to learn, practice, and perform. Our instructors are passionate and our dancers love being here. We offer classes for dancers at all levels and ages 3 to 18, with a variety of styles taught by passionate instructors. We work hard to create an environment that feels safe, encouraging, challenging, and supportive each and every day.
The Academy Groups
1. Discover Dance (ages 3-7)
Classes are designed to engage and delight students, teaching classroom etiquette, collaboration, the natural benefits of hard work, and fostering a love for dance! Dancers in this group will be able to take classes like Pre-school ballet/tap (3-5), Hippity Hop (3-5), Kinder/1st ballet/tap (5-7), and Kinderhop (5-7).
2. Foundations in Dance (ages 8-12)
Building a solid foundation of technique, skills, terminology, and etiquette while celebrating childhood, encouraging creativity and indulging silliness. Dancers in this group will be able to take classes like Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip hop.
3. Elevate Through Dance (ages 11-18)
Combining technical training with confidence-building and performance opportunities, Elevate Through Dance helps your dancer achieve their big dreams. Build their confidence, skill level, and technique while supporting them through their preforming journey. This program specifically concentrates on strength and flexibility, as well as specific skills – kicks, leaps, turns, and basic footwork and arms.
